New peer program aims to keep HIV patients on track after prison release

Summary
This study tests a program called Full-SPARCS, where trained peers help people with HIV stay on their medication and in care after they leave prison in South Africa. The goal is to see if this support helps keep the virus under control (viral suppression) compared to usual care. About 400 participants will be followed for 6 to 12 months after release.
