Summary
This study is testing a new support strategy within existing Ryan White HIV/AIDS care programs in New York City. It aims to help people who are receiving HIV care but whose virus is not fully suppressed. The approach uses health data to guide program staff in providing targeted support to improve viral suppression rates.
