Summary

This study aimed to understand how much physical activity people living with HIV in New York City get and how it relates to their overall health. Researchers asked 130 participants to wear a small activity tracker for a week and fill out surveys about their physical and mental health. The goal was to gather information to help design better exercise and wellness programs for this community.
