Summary
This study tests a long-acting HIV medicine called lenacapavir in teens and children (weighing at least 35 kg) who have tried other HIV drugs before. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, tolerable, and works well when combined with other HIV medications. Participants will receive lenacapavir as an injection or pill, and researchers will monitor drug levels and side effects over 26 weeks.
