Summary

This observational study looks at how histidine, an amino acid, and its transporter SLC15A3 affect how well colorectal cancer responds to immunotherapy. Researchers will measure histidine levels in blood and SLC15A3 in tumor tissue from 150 patients. The goal is to find new ways to make immunotherapy more effective.
