Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and effectiveness of giving heated chemotherapy directly into the abdomen during surgery for advanced or recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, uterine, or peritoneal cancers. About 40 participants receive this treatment, and some may also get additional non-heated chemotherapy afterward. The goal is to lower the chance of cancer returning and to improve quality of life.
