Summary

This study compares three versions of a nerve block (PENG block) in 120 adults aged 65 and older having hip surgery. All patients get the same base painkiller, but some also receive extra medications near the nerves or through a vein. The goal is to find which combination provides the longest pain relief and reduces the need for strong opioids.
