New nerve block battle: which works better for hip surgery pain?
NCT ID NCT07233746
Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques to see which provides better pain relief after hip surgery. Sixty patients will be randomly assigned to receive either the Quadroiliac Plane Block or the Suprainguinal Fascia Iliaca Compartment Block during their procedure. Researchers will measure pain levels and pain medication needs for 24 hours after surgery to determine which approach works best.
