Summary
This study compared two different nerve block methods for managing pain during and after hip replacement surgery. Researchers tested whether a newer technique called the PENG block works as well as a more established method called the SFIC block. The goal was to find which approach provides better pain relief while minimizing side effects like muscle weakness.
