Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (PENG and IPB) to see which one provides better pain relief and preserves leg movement after hip surgery. Sixty adults having hip replacement took part. Researchers measured pain scores and muscle strength over 24 hours to find the best option for recovery.
