Summary
This study looks at two different ways surgeons cut and sew the hip capsule during surgery for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) in children aged 1 to 4. The goal is to see which method—U-shaped or T-shaped—leads to better hip function and recovery. Fifty children will take part, and the results will help surgeons choose the best technique.
