Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for hip impingement (FAI) to see which provides better recovery. Researchers are testing whether closing the joint capsule during surgery leads to better pain relief and hip function compared to leaving it open. The study involves 200 Danish patients who haven't improved with physical therapy and need surgery.
