Summary

This study will test three different ways to manage pain during and after hip replacement surgery in people aged 60 and older. The goal is to find which method provides the best pain relief with fewer side effects and less need for strong opioid painkillers. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three anesthesia approaches, and their pain, recovery, and side effects will be tracked for two days after surgery.
