Summary

This study compared two methods of pain control for patients having total hip replacement surgery. Researchers tested whether a specific back injection (ESPB) helps patients walk sooner after surgery compared to a small dose of morphine in the spine. The study involved 70 adults to see which method provided better pain relief and faster recovery.
