First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding physiotherapy to a combined steroid and lubricant hip injection helps reduce pain and improve daily function more than the injection alone. It involves 100 adults aged 40-60 with mild hip arthritis, labral tears, or hip impingement. Participants will either receive the injection plus physiotherapy or the injection alone, and their progress will be tracked over time.
