Summary
This study compares three different nerve block techniques to see which provides the best pain relief after hip replacement surgery while allowing patients to move their legs sooner. About 93 adults aged 65 and older having elective hip replacement will be randomly assigned to one of the three blocks. The goal is to find the approach that reduces pain, limits opioid use, and helps patients get back on their feet faster.
