Summary
This study tested a manual therapy technique called high force lateral distraction mobilization on 36 athletes with hip-related groin pain (osteitis pubis). The goal was to see if it reduces pain and improves hip movement compared to a placebo. Results may help guide conservative treatment for this common sports injury.
