Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks for pain after hip surgery. 80 adults aged 50-90 with a broken hip will receive either a sacral erector spinae plane block or a pericapsular nerve group block. The goal is to see which provides better pain relief while preserving leg strength for faster recovery.
