Summary

This study aims to find out which treatment works better for painful hip labral tears in adults aged 40 and older: arthroscopic surgery or physical therapy. Researchers are enrolling 110 participants to compare pain relief, hip function, and quality of life over 12 months. The goal is to help doctors and patients make better-informed decisions about treatment.
