Summary
This study is testing if adding a patient's own concentrated platelets (called PRP or BMAC) to a standard hip labral repair surgery leads to better recovery and function. It will enroll 400 adults with a torn hip labrum and a specific bony hip shape. The main goal is to see if the PRP treatment improves patient-reported pain, function, and quality of life after surgery compared to repair alone.
