Summary
This study looks at why some people with hip impingement (a bony bump causing hip pain) still have pain after doing physiotherapy exercises. Researchers will ask 175 adults about their emotions, fears, and pain types before and after a 4-month rehab program. The goal is to find hidden causes of pain, like nerve issues or feelings of sadness, so treatments can be improved.
