Summary
This study compares two surgeries for unstable hip fractures in adults 65 and older: the standard intramedullary nail versus hip replacement. The goal is to see which approach leads to better mobility, quality of life, and fewer repeat surgeries. About 170 participants will be followed for one year after surgery.
