Summary
This study aims to collect information to help doctors better predict which older patients are at higher risk of complications after hip fracture surgery. It will compare two different assessment tools: a standard heart health check and a newer 'frailty score' designed for hip fracture patients. The goal is to improve patient outcomes and help hospitals use resources more effectively for seniors with traumatic injuries.
