Summary
This study tested a robotic hip exoskeleton designed to help people who have had a stroke walk more easily. Twelve stroke survivors walked on a treadmill and over ground while wearing the device. Researchers compared walking with the powered exoskeleton to walking without it to see if it improved movement and reduced effort.
