New hope for bladder control: could simple hip exercises stop the leaks?
NCT ID NCT05635175
Summary
This study is testing if adding hip muscle exercises to standard pelvic floor training helps women with stress urinary incontinence better control bladder leaks. Researchers will compare two groups of 78 women: one doing standard exercises and another adding hip exercises. The goal is to see if the combined approach reduces weekly leaks more effectively and improves quality of life.
