Hip surgery vs. strength training: which works better for dysplasia?
NCT ID NCT03941171
Summary
This study compared two approaches for adults with hip dysplasia: surgery followed by exercise training versus exercise training alone. The trial involved 69 participants aged 18-45 who were randomly assigned to receive either the combined treatment or just the exercise program.
