Hip dysplasia surgery showdown: does adding arthroscopy improve outcomes?

Summary

This study looks at whether adding hip arthroscopy to a standard PAO surgery improves recovery and quality of life for people with hip dysplasia. About 204 participants aged 16-50 will be randomly assigned to receive either PAO alone or PAO plus arthroscopy. The goal is to find out which approach works better for reducing symptoms and improving daily function.
