Summary
This study looks at whether 4 weeks of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or time-restricted eating (TRE) can improve health markers linked to type 2 diabetes in teens and young adults (ages 14-30) with overweight or obesity. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. The goal is to see which method better reduces diabetes risk factors like weight, blood sugar, and cholesterol.
