Summary
This study will test whether 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT) can improve heart fitness, hormone levels, and mental health in 76 healthy young adults aged 18 to 21. Participants will be assigned to one of four groups based on sex and exercise type. The goal is to see which exercise style works best for reducing anxiety and depression symptoms while boosting physical fitness.
