Summary

This study aims to find out which lifestyle change is better for reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes in overweight adolescents and young adults: high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or time-restricted eating (TRE), which limits eating to a specific daily window. Researchers will enroll 40 participants and measure changes in weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, and other health markers after a 4-week program. The goal is to identify a more effective and sustainable strategy for improving long-term health in this at-risk group.
