NCT ID NCT04555512
Summary
This study is testing two different ways of prescribing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to see which is better for improving fitness and heart health in people doing cardiac rehabilitation. It involves 30 adults who have had a heart event like a heart attack or stent placement. Researchers will measure changes in exercise capacity, heart function, and muscle oxygen use to determine the most effective approach.
