Summary
This study looked at whether an eight-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program could improve agility, kick speed, and jumping ability in 20 male taekwondo athletes aged 16 to 18. Participants were split into two groups: one did the HIIT program, and the other served as a control. The goal was to see if HIIT could enhance specific taekwondo skills like quick kicks and jumps.
