Can short, intense workouts power up stroke recovery?

NCT ID NCT06554665

Summary

This study is testing if a specific type of exercise called high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help people who have had a stroke. It will compare HIIT to standard moderate exercise and simple stretching over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if HIIT is better at improving leg muscle power, strength, balance, and overall quality of life for stroke survivors.
