Summary
This study compares two types of exercise training to see which better improves heart health and physical fitness in young adults with obesity. About 40 participants will be followed for 12 weeks, measuring changes in weight, body fat, cholesterol, blood pressure, and oxygen uptake. The goal is to find effective ways to reduce obesity-related health risks.
