NCT ID NCT06143345

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study was designed to see if a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program is feasible and acceptable for adults aged 35-65 with overweight and slightly high fasting blood sugar (impaired fasting glucose). It planned to enroll 34 physically inactive participants and measure recruitment, retention, and preliminary effects on blood sugar. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling anyone, so no results are available.
