Could intense workouts beat stroke fatigue?

Summary
This study is testing whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can reduce the severe fatigue many people experience after a stroke. Researchers will compare HIIT against moderate exercise and stretching in 60 chronic stroke survivors over 12 weeks. The goal is to see which type of exercise best improves energy levels and quality of life for people living with long-term stroke effects.
