Could intense workouts sharpen the mind in Parkinson's?
NCT ID NCT06823921
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise program can help improve thinking skills and quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease. Over 3 to 6 months, researchers will compare a group doing HIIT classes three times a week to a group continuing their usual care. The main goal is to see if the intense exercise leads to better memory, attention, and daily function.
