Summary
This pilot study tested higher-than-standard doses of risankizumab in 20 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The goal was to see if higher doses could better clear the skin and reduce certain immune cells (resident memory T cells) that may cause the disease to return. Results suggest potential for longer-lasting improvement, but more research is needed.
