Doubling the dose: new hope for tough Crohn's cases
NCT ID NCT00805766
Summary
This study tested whether doubling the dose of the medication TA-650 could help patients with Crohn's disease who weren't getting enough relief from the standard dose. It involved 39 adults whose symptoms returned despite regular treatment. Researchers measured changes in disease activity and safety over 8 weeks to see if the higher dose was more effective.
