NCT ID NCT06612723

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing high-intensity walking training more often (high frequency) or less often (low frequency) helps people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago improve their walking. About 40 adults aged 18-85 who can walk a little but need help will participate. Researchers will measure how far they can walk in 6 minutes and their treadmill speed to see which training schedule works best.
