Stanford tests if future builders can learn to build healthier communities

NCT ID NCT07315919

Summary

This study tests whether a new educational program helps high school construction students understand how building design affects community health and environmental fairness. Researchers will compare students learning with a special software tool against those following traditional construction classes. The goal is to see if this training increases awareness of how construction choices impact neighborhood health, especially in disadvantaged areas.
