First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at 250 high school athletes to find muscle imbalances and strength issues that might lead to sports injuries. Researchers will test movement, strength, and agility before and after a preseason training program. They will also track any injuries that happen during the school year to see how well the tests predict risk.
