Summary

This study aims to better understand how high-risk smoldering myeloma progresses over time. Researchers will follow 100 patients with this early-stage blood condition for two years using regular whole-body MRI scans and quality of life surveys. The goal is to learn when and how the condition worsens to help guide future care decisions.
