Summary
This study is testing whether a new medical device called FlowTriever works better than standard treatments for dangerous blood clots in the lungs. Researchers will compare outcomes for 200 adults with severe lung clots who receive either the device procedure or current standard care. The main goal is to see which approach leads to better survival and fewer serious complications.
