Summary

This study tests whether a high-protein oral supplement with HMB can improve muscle strength in people with active Crohn's disease who also have muscle loss (sarcopenia). About 44 adults aged 18-50 will take the supplement alongside their usual care. The main goal is to see if grip strength improves over the study period.
