Summary
This study tested a device that uses high-frequency electrical pulses to stimulate nerves, aiming to relieve chronic back pain. 38 adults with long-term back pain were randomly assigned to receive either the active treatment or a sham (inactive) device. The main goal was to see if more people in the active group had at least a 50% reduction in pain.
