New back pain treatment targets nerves inside spine

Summary
This study tests a new procedure that uses heat to destroy a specific nerve in the spine (basivertebral nerve) to relieve chronic low back pain. It will enroll 100 adults who have had back pain for at least 6 months and have not gotten relief from other treatments. The goal is to see if this procedure is safe and effective for reducing pain and improving daily function.
