Summary

This study follows 200 people with chronic low back pain who are scheduled for a procedure called basivertebral nerve ablation. The goal is to see how much pain and function improve over two years and to figure out which patients benefit the most. Participants will answer weekly surveys for 8 weeks and then check in at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months.
