Can a High-Fiber diet change your Body's bowel cancer risk signals?

NCT ID NCT07279454

Summary

This study aims to understand if a high-fiber diet can change body measurements linked to early-onset bowel cancer risk. Researchers will compare a standard healthy diet to a specially boosted high-fiber version in 200 adult twins over 12 weeks. They will collect stool, blood, and other samples to see if the high-fiber diet improves markers related to gut health and inflammation.
