NCT ID NCT07279454
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating more fiber can change body measures linked to early-onset bowel cancer. About 200 adults in the UK will follow either the standard UK healthy diet (30g fiber/day) or a higher-fiber version (40g/day) for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare stool, blood, urine, and saliva samples to see if the extra fiber makes a difference.
